Cancellation and Refund Policy
R K Collections allows the Return of the product(s), only if they are damaged or defective.
The customers are requested to raise the Return request within 2 days from the day of receiving the product(s) by contacting our customer care department.
Customers are requested to return the products(s) within 7 working days of receiving the product. The return of the product will not be accepted after this time-frame.
The product(s), the customer want to return, must be in saleable condition, original folds and packaging should be retained. The returnable products must be in unused and undamaged condition, the price and product tags should also be intact.
To initiate the returning process of the product(s) purchased from the R K Collections website, the customers are supposed to contact the customer care department, through an e-mail/phone, within two days of receiving the product(s).
The customers should raise the request by contacting our customer care department on +91-8591856123 or write to us at email@example.com, describing the issue of the product along with an image of the product.
The customers are requested to courier the bought product(s) to our designated address, once their return request is accepted.

No return will be accepted after 7 working days of receiving the product.
The Customer Should mention his/her name, order number and mobile number, on the top of the packaging in which the product is couriered by the earlier mentioned procedure. Customers should ensure that the original receipt/invoice is included with the product when sending it to us.

The customer has to pay the courier charges while returning/exchanging the product. We will be taking the sole responsibility in paying these courier charges, if the mistake is at our end, the courier charges will be returned to the customer through credit note/voucher.
Damaged / Defective Product(s)
The R K Collections customers, who have purchased from our online store are kindly requested to not accept any packages, if arrived in an unsealed condition, or if any damage has shown up in the package. The customers are requested to contact our customer support desk and report the same immediately.
The return (or) exchange of the damaged/ defective product(s) delivered to the customer(s) will only be accepted, if they are in the original condition with original folds and price tags.
If the damaged (or) the defective product is not with the original folds, it will not be eligible for return(or) exchange.
The customers will not have an option to cancel any order placed from our website, once it is either processed or approved by our team.
If there are any technical/stock issues for a placed order, R K Collections has the right to the Cancel the order without any notification and will refund the amount to the customer.
If the customer wishes to cancel the complete or a part of the order, before the order is approved, an email with the subject line – should be sent to email@example.com, for the cancellation request.
If the order is approved, by the time the cancellation request is raised by the customer, then the requested request will not be processed.
Procedure for Refunding
We hold the sole right to decide the form of the refund, which can be either be a credit note or else the opportunity to exchange. Once this is confirmed, the same will be updated to the customer.
Once the received product, which is requested for return aligns with our exchange policy, we may accomplish the Customer’s refund processing within 7(Seven) working days from the receipt of product from the Customer in this regard.
To know the status of the refund, the customer(s) can either call us or email us, to our customer support desk. We will promptly respond to all our customers and their concerns and queries in any regard.
