Shipped : For the order shipped from R K Collections warehouse.

You can check the status of the Order by logging into your account on RK Collections website. My account > Orders > Track the Order. If you have any queries in this regard, you can contact our customer care desk through email/phone.

What are the shipping charges?

Yes. All the product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST. For outside India orders, the VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer.

What are the modes of payments accepted while placing an order?

What is the time it takes from when I place my order to when I receive my products?

Shipping timelines vary from location to location. However, for most pin codes in India, the parcel would reach you within 4 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. In the case of international shipments, the parcel would reach you within 10 to 15 business days.
